Description

Progressive Global Energy are working with a European Powerhouse in the maintenance repair and overhaul of Industrial and engineering equipment.

The company are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager who will spearhead the Regional sales growth, development and implementation of Regional strategies aligned to business strategy

ROLE:

Responsible for all aspects sales within the region

Manage Budget and sales team consisting of sales, technical support and customer relations

Increased product penetration through creative marketing campaigns

Implemented Sales Budget with Key Supply Chain Partners

Maintain & Develop growth Plans with key Industry Contractors

Host regular commercial meetings with all Regional Directors, Senior Staff and owners of Supply Chain partners to achieve yearly budgets and targets.

Arrange regular review and Product update meetings with all regional offices of key Contractors and consultants within the area

Requirement

For this role I require Sales professionals who have extensive experience in MRO products and services, specifically;

Bearings and Seals

Mechanical/Electrical Power Transmissions

Hydraulics and Pneumatic

Ideally candidates should have had experience of working for a product distributor within the industrial engineering arena.
