My Client, a leading Asset Management company with Billions under management is looking for a Coding analyst to join their team.

Job profile
  • We are searching for an Investment Guideline Coding Analyst (m/f) to assist our Investment Compliance Coding Team
  • The Investment Compliance Coding Team provides pre, post, and ex-post investment guideline coding services to our European Portfolio Management teams. As a Team member, you are part of a cooperative pan-european Investment Compliance team, and will be responsible for providing effective, efficient, high quality, proactive compliance coding and systems development services that address both business and regulatory requirements.


Requirements/Skills/Experience
  • Academic training or equivalent professional training in the area of Finance or IT.
  • Working experience as a specialist in the financial sector preferably in Asset Management or IT development with focus on investment controlling and/or compliance systems.
  • Knowledge of and experience in implementing investment guidelines (at least 2 years), preferably with exposure to different European regulations including differences in interpretations across jurisdictions.
  • Significant practical experience (at least 2 years) of at least one of the following systems: Bloomberg compliance manager (CMGR) and Mig21 expost monitoring system.
  • Thorough knowledge of financial instruments including derivatives as well as regulatory provisions and data requirements.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office tools; VBA skills represent an advantage.
  • Fluent in English (both orally and in writing).
  • Reliable, precise, independent and service-orientated working attitude.
  • Highly developed analytical skills as well as the capability to conduct complex analysis in a clear and structured manner.
  • Solutions oriented, initiative taker.
  • Strong dedication to move the team and the company forward.
  • Proper team- and communication skills paired with assertiveness.
  • Ability to build up and foster trustful relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Pleasure and ability to work in a dynamic and international business environment.
