Description

Role: Wintel/Infrastructure Specialist

Duration: 6 months

Rate: €

Location: South Dublin

A large IT Consultancy based in Dublin 18 is looking for an immediately available contractor to add value to their virtualisation specialist team.

They have an immediate requirement for a Wintel specialist with extensive Windows Servers, Exchange, AD, Hyper-V and VMware exposure. You will be required as an escalation point from the Level 1 & 2 Support Engineers for any wintel related queries that are out of their reach. You will also be required to partake in various projects including migrating of desktops to cloud, hyper-v clusters migrating mailboxes.

Experience requires:

- Windows 2012 R2 AD Domain build

- HyperV

- VMWare VDI implementation

- Exchange

- Azure

- Networking experience

- Installing and migrating Windows servers

- Active Directory

- Various firewall technologies
