Job Description:
- Therapeutic experience
- Global regulatory strategy for a group of products
- Biologics development process experience
- Manage a team and mentor teams
- Line management experience within the team - creating PDP for employees - skills development performance monitoring
- Lead complex Non drug projects
- Represent the global pharma company on a senior level
- Global regulatory leader to market products
- Regulatory strategy lead
- Monitor changes and regulatory activities
- Provide leadership and due diligence reviews
- Maintain key relationships with stakeholders
- Understanding the team and cultural values
- Budget handling experience Key requirements:
- Advanced degree in a pharmaceutical subject
- Project management/line management experience
- Budgetary management and business planning skills, including knowledge of planning processes used in managing drug projects
- Scientific or clinical understanding / experience
- Broad background in a pharmaceutical company, preferably around 10+ years
- Regulatory approval and negotiation experience
