Description

We are currently looking for a Onsite Support Consultant to work directly for a worldwide leading Telecommunication Managed Service company based in Belgium on a 6 months rolling contract basis.

The Role acts as an interface between the development team and the customer's requirements in order to support the Customer Project Manager in terms of fulfilling the requirements and completion of customer projects in time.

As part of quality management the Role creates test case and executes End2End tests, supports the documentation in current projects and will be contacted in conflicts that may arise and the customer reports.

Ensure smooth operations of the Head End Solution (AMM) for the current meter pilot
Work with client on new requirements
Role needs to be able to provide overall status update to Eandis management

Requirements:

* Worked in Smart Metering and ideally with a Head End System is highly desirable
* Strong communication and expectation management skills
* Linux knowledge is desirable

English language is mandatory.
