Description
Validation Engineer required to join a pharmaceutical company in Dublin for an initial six month contract. Supporting the validation function the Validation Engineer will be involved in an exciting stage of an existing site in the Dublin area.Role:
* Developing and executing Validation strategies (Validation Plans, Validation Protocols, Validation Reports), with particular emphasis on Equipment Validation, Computer Systems Validation & Utilities/Facilities Validation, in line with current regulatory requirements, corporate policies and site procedures.
* Conducting risk assessments (eg Quality Risk Assessments/FMEA) on manufacturing equipment, Utilities/Facilities & computer systems.
* Executing Computer System Validation Assessments on new equipment.
* Conducting Periodic Reviews for Computer Systems, Utilities/Facilities & Equipment.
Requirements:
* Educated to degree level (Life Sciences) with 5+ years industry experience.
* A strong Pharmaceutical background and an excellent experience of working in a GMP environment.
* A strong validation background.
* Good team working and strong communication skills across functions and organiSation.
* An ability to work flexibly in a changing environment. Good attention to detail and priority management essential.
* The ability to work under pressure to demanding schedules is important, as is the ability to work on one's own initiative
