There is an exciting opportunity for a Continuing Healthcare nurse assessor to join a CCG located in West Yorkshire. My client is looking for either a registered General Nurse a Registered Mental Health Nurse or a dual qualified nurse.
In this role you will be required to carry out the live assessments and case reviews. Previous continuing healthcare roles are desirable, as you will be actively using the DST framework and the checklist to carry out the assessments, and case reviews.
