About the Recruitment Job:
Your recruitment job will be to join our highly successful Bristol recruitment team. You will be working in a specialised market recruiting for niche roles in that sector in which you are placed. You will be using sales, marketing techniques, networking and business development techniques to attract business from client companies. We will be able to help assist you in this by giving you the training you will need to learn the market and provide as much support to make you as successful as we can.
About you:
As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will join a collaborative and successful sales team, where you will be rewarded for your achievement of sales through an uncapped commission scheme, and we prioritise your development through meaningful career plans set in place from day one. Promotion opportunities are also available within and outside of the UK - SThree operates worldwide.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate proven success as a recruitment consultant in specialist markets; excellent negotiate skills; a drive for excellent customer service; a strong understanding of business ethics; and IT literacy (Microsoft Office applications).
