Systems Integ Sr.Analyst--BMC Atrium CMDB DeveloperWe are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunication company, for a Systems Integ Sr.Analyst--BMC Atrium CMDB Developer to join their project in the United Kingdom.
Position Title: Systems Integ Sr.Analyst--BMC Atrium CMDB Developer
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: December 2015
Duration: 3 months rolling

Responsibilities:
- CMDB data model extension to ensure that the new service-related CI types, attributes and relationships are properly collected
- Guarantee that the new Service Data Model supporting VTP (including CIs, Attributes, Relationships) will not conflict with the existing one
- Analysis on the data discovery options and implementation of the data import flow to guarantee a proper and automatic daily import of the entire Network configuration into the CMDB
- Design and implementation of 4 daily CSV export files that will have to be made available to the Customer on a daily basis for further processing
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with BMC Atrium CMDB
- Candidate must be task oriented, organized, and self motivated to deliver excellent customer service
- Strong background in ITIL methodologies including, Event, Request, Change, Problem, Incident, SLM, And Knowledge Management
- The candidate should be able to effectively communicate with the customer to gain necessary data to understand what is needed for all BMC Atrium CMDB projects
