Next Ventures are currently executing a search for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst
Salesforce.com project experience is essential
Key activities for each role would be:
The successful candidate will be heavily involved in requirements gathering, testing, end user training, and technical implementations around Salesforce. The role will be business facing and you will be working on business as usual projects as well as change projects specific to Salesforce.
Essential skills include:
.Proven experience and complete understanding of the Salesforce system
.Certification in Salesforce (Salesforce.com Service Cloud certification, Salesforce Advanced Admin) preferable
.Experience with administration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
.Experience developing/building sales and services reports and dashboards
The role:
- Owning business requirements
- Working with project development team to ensure requirements are suitably met
- Liaising with territory business representatives to discuss requirement details and solution proposals
- Working with test manager to define test cases
- Assisting with testing and training where needed
- Supporting the deployment in each territory
The project is a Salesforce.com implementation, across international territories, replacing an existing CRM system.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills :
.2+ years Salesforce.com experience
.Extensive Business Analyst experience
.Sales process re-engineering experience
.Strong stakeholder management skills
.Requirements gathering and documentation experience
.Excellent understanding of Salesforce.com functionality
Essential
A successful commercial track record in a Business Analysis capacity - including the translation of user requirements into technical documentation & defining and mapping business processes including process re-engineering.
Understanding of the entire project life cycle, project management methodologies and workflow concepts & database structures
Previous experience implementing major systems projects/enhancements
An ability to diagnose technical problems at design, testing or live stages of implementation.
Experience working with CRM business processes &/or software (such as Lagan, MS Dynamics, Northgate Front Office CRM, Oracle CRM, SAP CRM, Sage CRM, Firmstep, Salesforce, Frontrange, Sage CRM, OneServe, Sugar CRM, Amdocs, Orchard CRM, Civica Contact Manager, etc)
Desirable
Recognised Business Analysis certification such as BCS or ISEB
Experience working in a Social Housing environment, with Social Housing business processes or with Social Housing business systems (such as Northgate Housing/OHMS, Orchard Housing/arcHouse, Civica Universal Housing/CTX, Kypera Housing, Aareon QL Housing, Capita Academy/OPENHousing, MIS ActiveH or similar)
As an individual you will be assertive, methodical, innovative and a great communicator that is able to help drive a programme of change and work under your own initiative.
Language; English or Swedish preferred
