Description
I am working with an NHS organisation in the North West to recruit an interim Service Manager for Surgery on an initial 3 month contract.The candidate I am looking for will have experience operating at band 8a/8b level within a Surgery Division.
Your day to day duties will include:
- Establish waiting list and governance structures and systems for a service
- Support leading to improvement in validation, measurement and reporting of 18 week and cancer RTT, theatre utilisation and risk management.
- Daily site management for theatre and ward teams
- Undertake demand and capacity Analysis to plan effectively
- Improve theatre utilisation
