Contract Length - 3 Months
My client a medium sized housing association based in the home counties are looking to recruit a technically strong, project minded interim Project Accountant to lead on their FRS 102 year end accounts.
This Project accountant will be technically minded, with a good understanding of IFRS 102 and is able to do an impairment review, depreciation analysis and liaise with statutory auditors.
- Completion and time production of consolidated monthly financial performance, balance sheet position and cash flow reporting for the Group.
- Assess financial performance and provide a supporting commentary giving meaningful insightful analysis to the business
- The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with either of the following qualifications CIMA, ACCA, FCCA
Key Skills
- Social Housing experience
- IFRS 102 conversion
- Knowledge of Fixed Asset Accounting
- Project documentation and financial reporting
Must have a proven track record of leading on technical accounting responsibilities, such as the year-end process. You will ideally have Social housing or NFP (not for profit) experience
