Senior Business Analyst - YARDI Voyager upgrade - Commercial Real Estate
A Senior Business Analyst is required to join a Leading Commercial Real Estate company. This is a contract position is based in an impressive West End office, offering £450 - £600 per day.
You will have the opportunity to join an organisation that is at the forefront of its industry, working on a cutting edge upgrade of an integral system to the business. You will join a dynamic team focusing on the upgrade of a YARDI Voyager 6 system the pioneering YARDI Voyager 7S system.
Your responsibilities will include liaising with various business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop functional specifications. You will be responsible for looking at the target operating model, identifying changes to the as-is, to-be framework, and operational processes that this will affect. The Ideal candidate will have previously worked on a YARDI Voyager upgrade project.
Experience of Yardi systems is essential
Key requirements:
- Previous experience working within a Property Investment organisation.
- Extensive experience working with YARDI.
- Experience gathering functional requirements.
- Excellent Stakeholder management.
- Previous experience working on software upgrade initiatives.
