There is an exciting opportunity for a Continuing Healthcare nurse assessor to join a CCG located in East Midlands. My client is looking for either a registered General Nurse a Registered Mental Health Nurse or a dual qualified nurse, to work on the retrospective reviews.
In this role you will be required to carry out the retrospective reviews, using the DST framework to create a report and make a recommendation on these findings. Previous continuing healthcare roles are desirable, as you will be actively using the DST framework and the checklist.
