Job Description:
-Manage, optimize, provide the necessary information to manage capacity (capacity planning), monitor, operate, and deploying elements of the service, ensuring at all times the quality, safety, availability and ensuring the provision of the service under frame them the ANS signed
-Making the management and interaction with third parties (manufacturers and development) to ensure resolution of issues in its field of activity, ensuring a correct alignment and coordination service levels.
-Perform a correct documentation and change management ensuring no degradation of service, ensuring at all times the correct documentation of the configuration management database (CMDB), carrying out the necessary revisions to the correct alignment between the installed plant and the information in the CMDB.
