Progressive is looking for a Freelance Change Manager for a 6 months project in Amersfoort.
The focus of the Change Manager is on running, improving, innovating, and adopting business processes from a business, as well as an IT point of view. The (Change Management) team works with process metrics, root cause analysis, (re)designing solutions, optimizations, and change leadership. Continuously developing capabilities, of the processes, as well as the people is key. The Change Management department team consists of members from the business as well as IT members. The members work on one of the supply chain streams and there are resource managers, architects and project managers.

Job description:
This client is looking for an experienced Change Manager. The main responsibilities within the function are:
* Ensures change readiness of the organisation to implement the new business processes by executing:
* Stakeholder management; Identify and study the people who have the power to influence the programme, both in a positive and negative manner; set up/follow up action plan to manage stakeholders
* Change impact analysis; Identify the maximum number of natural and rational changes that come with the execution of the project and identification of those impacted; create general "change story" for/with the business (to be used by the business to explain "why, what")
* Develop communication plan and ensure execution; Define the communication target groups, by making use of the impact and stakeholder analyses, and identify means to optimally communicate to each of the respective groups; develop overall plan and monitor execution
* Creating change action plans; Formulate change plans for each respective identified factual change to ensure the change is understood, accepted and will ultimately be adopted by the impacted people of the organisation. The plan covers all types of communication, business decisions to be made, organizational/role changes, implementation actions, training. Provides hands on support for change owners in following up on change action plan. Monitor progress and identify areas at risk and ensure mitigating actions are installed.
* End responsible for the overall change management delivery (global & region/site) within budget, on time and with agreed quality;
* Support in structural improving the general Change Management approach

Requirements
* HBO or academic working and thinking level;
* 5+ years of relevant work experience;
* Seniority to discuss change issues with Steering Committee and project sponsors
* Project management skills
* Good in communication and stakeholder management
* Sensitive for political environment. Long social antennas.
* Empathetic for consequences of changes for different stakeholder groups
* Experienced (project) team leader

Start date: December 1st 2015
Duration: 6 months

Location: Amersfoort
