Finance Business Partner - 6 months - Warwick - Negotiable Daily
A leading Energy and Utilities client of Hyphen is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their site in Warwick.
Job Purpose
Act as Finance Business Partner for Operate and Maintain and Network Strategy, working with senior management to develop the strategic and financial priorities for the business in order to drive long term financial and business performance.
Experience Required
* Proven track record in senior business partnering roles
* Experience of working closely with business management teams to deliver operational and financial improvements.
Minimum of 7 years experience in relevant industry domain (ie Finance Business Partnering) areas:
* Extensive experience in preparation, presentation and interpretation of financial performance information
* Extensive knowledge of accounting processes
* Demonstrated ability to excel in a team environment and innovate with proven leadership qualities.
* Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to explain complex cost and business issues both internally and externally.
* Experience of managing teams of professional accounting staff and specialists
* Experience of working with senior business leadership to deliver performance improvement
* Experience of Process and Performance Excellence principles
