Our client is a household name and a well-known banking organisation.
The role is to provide high quality business analysis on all FX overlay change deliveries and build out. The technology platform is a key delivery to support FX Overlay business growth within the Cash FX business which is critical to FX Growth.
FX Overlay is a global business, and the successful candidate will need to ensure that all stakeholders needs are met and that conflicts are resolved quickly and to mutual satisfaction.
The successful candidate will join the FX Overlay IT team, focused on Business Analysis to support the development teams with change and maintenance projects
The successful candidate will be accountable for:
- Compilation of Business Requirements Documentation
- Test specification, planning, execution and sign-off
- Testing and coordination and general relationship management with system stakeholders
The successful candidate must have the following:
- FX knowledge not just of cash FX but extending to front to back processes and FX derivatives
- Experience of Custody/Funds business
- Working in a global team/with a global business
Technical & Non-Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of FX execution and hedging strategies
- Investment banking experience in cash FX
- Experience in Agile delivery team, ideally including transition to agile methodology
- Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail
- Understanding of market and operational risk
- In depth understanding of full software life cycle
