IT Support Analyst - French Speaking required by leading organisation based in France.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
High quality Technical support skills: IT, Mobiles, Cameras
Incident Management
Analysing and resolving computer software and hardware problems
Contacting software and hardware vendors to request service for defective products
You may also be required to install computers, software and peripheral equipment as well as train users.
You will be fluent in both French and English
