Description
Summary- Will oversee and manage contractor PM's and CM's as well as OEM vendors as required.
- Review and approve all bids, hold contractors accountable for constructions cost VS estimates.
- Manage contract companies for construction schedule, manage to firm deadlines.
- Work with contractors for project close outs.
- Identify valid costs and remove excess charges.
- Identify and oversee opportunities for improvement.
- Candidate will report to market PM.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Alcatel Lucent equipment a plus.
- Knowledge of Cell site construction for UMTS and LTE a must.
