Senior Network Engineering Specialist - 6 months Contract - Sweden - Telematics Customer
Service development Together with Service Owners develop the services according to strategies, business plans and other requirements, eg SD&O end-to-end services. Use external benchmark and best practice to develop the Services. Ensure that solutions are coordinated between Network, Hosting and End User services to exploit synergies and to manage cross service dependencies. Early engagement with business, projects and stakeholders to identify the need for Service development to meet future requirements. Initiate projects to perform the Service development.
Participate in development of Service Improvement Plans together with Service Owners, SMEs and Suppliers. Support the Infrastructure Delivery Service team and solution architects in project delivery Architecture. Cooperate with Enterprise and Domain architects in the development of the Services. Facilitate in creating service roadmaps in alignment with IMS strategies.
Drive knowledge sharing of domain technologies within Group IT Engage with business representatives to inform of IMS services and technologies available. Gather information and be a contact for IMS to capture service development requirements from the business Documentation. Ensure documentation of existing services are up to date in the Service Catalogue and available for the IMS customers. Ensure documentation of underpinning services and technology components are up to date and available. Keeping Technology Standards List (TSL) up to date. Ensure service roadmaps are documented and made available.
Requirements:
Required qualifications:
Deep knowledge of IT Service Management as well as proven experience from on-boarding services in an IT environment.
At least 5 years' experience of IT Infrastructure technologies and experience from managing platforms or products.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Good understanding of ITIL is meritorious.
An asset would be documented leadership and/or project management experience.
