Service Support Analyst (German Service Desk)
Contract
Rickmansworth
Circa £12.50 - £13.00 per hour
3 months initially - (View to be a long-term, on-going position extended year on year).

Our international client, based in Rickmansworth, require someone to join their bi-lingual service desk to support internal users based in Germany. A good opportunity for those looking to work in a corporate environment for a well known international organisation. Accepting applicants who have IT degree's or IT support training or equivalent, accompanied with at least 3 months working experience in an IT support role.

Duties:
To work within a Service Desk, which is a Single Point Of Contact for users, IT Services and 3rd party support.
Recording and monitoring the progress of incidents according to agreed service levels
Provide initial assessment of all incidents/requests, attempt to resolve or refer to other support areas.
Maintain high level of first time fix rate to achieve Service Desk Key Performance Indicators
Taking 30 to 40 calls per day

Essential skills:
Must be fluent in German
Good customer service skills
Service desk environment experience or experience in a call centre environment
Good communication skills
Passionate about customer service
MS Office knowledge
Has worked with prioritising calls
Ideally to have worked with call logging systems
Sound knowledge and experience working with computers in a work environment
