Description
We are looking to hire a Relationship Manager of Corporate Finance to join a fast growing local Nigerian bank based in Lagos.As the Relationship Manager of Corporate Finance, you will be reporting directly in to the Corporate Banking Group Head, you will be responsible for managing the overall activities of the unit to achieve the outlined goals and objectives such as excellent customer relationship management, creation of and management of quality risk assets, grow daily lodgement/collections as well as FX volumes from customers businesses, new business development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Relationship acquisition and management: Identify viable business opportunities with existing customers and increase market share.
- Business development/acquisition.
- Develop products to meet specific customers' needs.
- Provide support to the team via information gathering on existing customers, new entrants and various stakeholders.
- Risk asset creation and management.
- Managing the unit's balance sheet.
- Credit appraisal and management.
- Staff training and coaching.
- Interfacing with internal and external customers.
- Provide support/training to customers on various e-products offered by the bank and migrate customers to e-channels.
- Position team to meet set targets.
- Supervise all marketing activities of the team.
- Analysis and presentation of loan requests to the Bank's Credit Committee.
- Deliver the Budget.
- Ensure the team's goals and objectives are met.
- Develop and coordinate business marketing strategies for the team.
- Monitor the on-going loans already availed to key customers whilst looking for other big ticket transactions.
