Description
Summary- Seeking a Senior Business Analyst responsible for developing repair option data.
- Repair Options include labor, part numbers, replacement percentages and appropriate repair intervals.
- The planned maintenance and repair options are used throughout the client's enterprise to support Customer Support Agreements, PM checklists, NPI restocking kit, Equipment Manager, PTOS, and to establish Owning and Operating Costs for Prime Product.
- Repair Option data is the basis to establish prime product value and increase parts sales.
- Analysis of product structure and engineering drawings along with additional analysis, will talk to product group and talk to dealers from time to time
Typical Day:
- Candidate will work with repair data to identify gaps in coverage and create missing files and revise current files to bring them up-to-date.
Technical Skills Required:
- Ability to navigate and locate information in the Service Information System.
- Must be able to read engineering drawings and understand product structure.
