Description
Selby Jennings is seeking an experienced OFAC Compliance Officer to join a investment banking client for a long term contract in NYC. This person should have between 4-7 years experience and have extensive knowledge of the Patriot Act and more specifically knowledge on Section 311 and Section 314a.Responsibilities:
-Review and analyze FinCEN 314a inquiries and potential hits.
-Maintain OFAC hit log and daily OFAC outstanding items log.
-Support various business lines, control structures, policies and procedures, and regulatory issues.
-Identify regulatory OFAC compliance issues/concerns and take corrective actions to improve and implements operations
-Monitor and review for the effective implementation of resolutions for compliance concerns raised by regulators and auditors.
Qualifications:
-Bachelors or Masters in relative field
-4-7 years industry experience
-Last position held was in an investment bank area or broker-dealer
