Global Shared Services Director / Finance Director RequiredMy client, a global FMCG organisation based in South East England requires a Shared Services Director / Finance Director to come on board an initial 9 month contract opportunity immediately!
Key requirements:
- Healthy experience working as a Shared Services Director / Finance Director in an FMCG organisation
- Extensive experience of Service Delivery with the responsibility for all Finance & Accounting Processes to Global Markets
- Experience working on programmes / projects with multi-million pound budgets
- Experience with the delivery of service for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Record-to-Report (R2R) services from a global network of Captive and Outsourced Delivery Centres
- Experience managing all elements of Balanced Scorecard: Quality/Control of Service Delivery, Cost of Service Delivery, Continuous Improvement and People for F&A Processes
- Experience acting as key liaison with Finance and Procurement Functional Leadership and Market Leadership for all matters relating to the delivery of P2P, R2R and other F&A Services
- Service working as a member of the Leadership team, supporting the continued delivery of value and providing meaningful input to guide the growth of Business Services
- Managed large scale teams of up to 150 direct & indirect reports
- Managed 3rd Party Suppliers
