- You will lead a Purchasing Excellence Team
- Within this team you will launch and manage numerous projects at once in order to improve improve the performance and strategic Purchasing function.
- You will drive continuous improvement leadership responsibility for Purchase-to-Pay processes across all areas of the business.
- You can facilitate the achievement of objectives while creating ransformational targets to improve purchasing and business results
- In addition to this you will develop and manage a Purchasing Operating system based on Lean principles.
- Proven track record of delivering purchasing excellence and have led a purchasing transformation within an international or global company (ideally FMCG).
- Experience of leading cross functional teams focusing oncontinuous improvement.
- Strong commercial acumen, advanced knowledge of contract law, good financial management and proven communication skills.
- Proven success in implementing eProcurement, eAuction and on line Catalogue Ordering Systems, (such as SAP, Ariba, Emptoris etc.).
