Quantity Surveyor - Contract - Milton Keynes
We are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor work on a number of projects based in Milton Keynes. Ideally we are looking for experience across the Rail sector, any experience with Network Rail or London Underground (LU) would be a big advantage.
They are a great company to work for with a massive turnover expected this year and multiple projects on the horizon.
What the role will involve:
1. Liaising with subcontractors
2. Dealing with commercial queries related to contracts
3. Interfacing closely with Network Rail &/or London Underground
4. Experience of working with bespoke contracts
5. Conduct and carry out site meetings
6. Support operations and bid management teams for large bids
7. Ensure compliance with appropriate regulations
