Full accountability for planning and securing resources for tasks, allocation, estimation, scheduling and risk management.
Budget management typically includes costing, tracking of status and resolving cost issues.
Accomplished at change management, MS Project, risk and issue logs and mitigation.
Demonstrated problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization.
PMP Certification REQUIRED and 10+ years of solid Program Mgmt. skills in either: Voice or Data:
Core Responsibilities
- Program management for voice and messaging products
- Works directly with key stakeholders and boundary partners to develop roadmaps, vision and strategies
- Oversee the program's end to end backlog, prioritization, development, integration, deployment and sustained support
- Manages program budget life cycle planning, forecasting and execution
- Successfully builds intentional human networks of partner organizations to drive the implementation of voice networks
- Collaborates across execution organizations to develop and drive common vision
- Manage the process across organizations by ensuring clear direction is communicated to engineering and operations teams when defining and prioritizing features, enhancements, platform improvements, and customer requests.
- Facilitate productive cross-portfolio and cross-functional relationships via effective and consistent communication.
- Identify and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities.
- Perform regular operation reviews and status updates.
