We are looking for Voice support Specialist (Networking) for an urgent opening with one of our esteemed clients.

Job Description:
You'll assure second line support for Service Provider Environment for Voice products and for all voice platforms (Sonus and Dialogic NGN platforms,SBC, VoLTE etc )
You'll perform incident management as well as planned works .
You'll follow-up Network Availability/Quality and perform active and reactive maintenance actions.
You'll work with our 1st line/customer care team in order to find solutions for problems reported by our customers
You will interact with our vendors and service providers: Initiating actions with the service providers and vendors where this is required to restore performance, reporting and tracking performance and issues.
You'll take part in a guard duty service
You'll work closely with our engineering team to deploy new services and network optimizations
You will participate in projects in the service assurance domain, involving network adaptations, tooling improvements.
