  • Manage installation of new SAP ECC, CE, BI, CRM, EBP and MI systems on latest Netweaver stack to meet expanding business requirements.
  • This includes translating requirements to hardware requirements and developing a time-line for the installation of hardware and software, and configuring the system.
  • Provide technical and analytical guidance to department staff members and recommends and/or takes action to direct the analysis and solutions to problems.
  • Will server as a back up to support all the Production SAP systems and ensures corrective measures are implemented as needed.
  • Reviews and documents problems with external SAP support personnel.
  • Provide expertise in installing SAP Applications and fine tuning the SAP environments.
  • Provide on-call support outside normal business hours as needed.
  • Devote time and energy to build a strong team and establish effective work rapport with others. Document the process and train junior team members.
  • This Job function is responsible for the implementing and supporting the SAP Security Operations and project to support the overall business functions within organization.
  • This function is also responsible for the generation and review of the SAP Security controls defined within the Internal Audit IT controls, for monitoring the compliance with IT policies and procedures in SAP environments, ensuring the least privilege concept to SAP security and monitoring the segregation of duties risks.
  • Role administration and enhancements of single, master/derived, composite roles via PFCG transaction.
  • Secured critical tables and programs by defining authorization groups and ownerships.
  • Support both Internal and External audit review by running SOD reports through GRC RAR tool.
  • Full life cycle implementation of SAP GRC Access controls 10.0 and ECC 6.0 (SD, MM, PS, PI/XI, FI, CO)
  • Implementation, Configuration and Integration of SAP GRC AC 5.3 components including Compliant User Provisioning (CUP), Risk Analysis and Remediation (RAR) and Super User Privilege Management (SPM)
  • Coordinating business process requirements gathering blueprint workshops with Business Process Owners (BPO's), stakeholders, SAP technical and functional team to gather and understand security requirements across different business processes.

Skills Required
  • 2-4 years of strong hands on technical experience with SAP Administration in a large-sized environment.
  • Experience with Netweaver 2004S or higher with system copy, upgrade and migration experience.
  • Very strong technical skills in Unix (AIX, HPUX) and Oracle. Manages the installation of new SAP systems to meet expanding business requirements.
  • This includes translating requirements to hardware requirements and developing a timeline for the installation of software, and configuring the system.
  • Demonstrate strong SAP administration and technical core tasks including SAP software installation, upgrade, applying Support Packages, installation add-on software components, SAP profile parameter changes, workload analysis, system error analysis, and establishing standard background jobs and system health checks and monitoring.
  • Provides technical and analytical guidance to department members and recommends and/or takes action to direct the solutions to problems.
  • Reviews and documents problems with external SAP support personnel.
  • Communicates with SAP developers, help desk support personnel to resolve system issues.
  • Expertise in handling application related issues at the OS level in Unix (AIX, HPUX).
  • Expertise in SAP CRM, ECC, CE, BI, CRM, EBP, MI Installation Planning, Software Installation, Support Packs, and Upgrades on latest NW stack.
  • Proven experience in installing and tuning SAP environments such as ECC, CRM 2007, ECC, CE, BI, CRM, EBP and MI. Strong understanding of CRM Middleware.
  • Strong experience in TREX, IPC.
  • Prior work experience in Wily monitoring tool.
  • Performance Monitoring, Problem resolution during development, rollout and production support.
  • Moving objects between environments within SAP for the SAP CRM system.
  • Provide on-call support outside normal business hours as needed.
  • Experience supporting end-user community, working with vendors to resolve HW and SW problems.
  • Experience supporting multiple hardware server platforms and operating systems.
  • Strong communication (written and oral) and teamwork skills.
  • Strong analytical skills. Strong customer focus and oriented (internal and external) skills mentor and develop team.
  • Level-3 security expertise in resolving complex authorization issues using ST01, SU53, and SUIM Coordinate the testing of changes and the promotion of transports in the DEV, QA and STG environments.
