Senior Business Analyst - Property Management Systems, Yardi Voyager - Commercial Real Estate
URGENT - A Senior Business Analyst is required to join a leading Commercial Real Estate company. This is a contract position is based in an impressive West End office, offering £400 - £500 per day. This opportunity needs to be filled within a week.
You will have the opportunity to join an organisation that is at the forefront of its industry, working on a cutting edge upgrade of an integral system to the business. You will join a dynamic team focusing on the upgrade of a YARDI Voyager 6 system the pioneering YARDI Voyager 7S system. This is a multi-regional, business critical project.
Your responsibilities will include liaising with various business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop functional specifications. You will be responsible for looking at the target operating model, identifying changes to the as-is, to-be framework, and operational processes that this will affect. The Ideal candidate will have previously worked on a Property Management System implementation or upgrade project.
Key requirements:
- Previous experience working within a Commercial Real Estate organisation.
- Previous experience with Property Management Systems/Software.
- Have worked on multi-regional/global projects.
- Experience gathering functional requirements.
- Excellent Stakeholder management.
- Previous experience working on software upgrade initiatives.
