Role description
On-shore SFDC lead in the context of People Portal implementation. People Portal is all about exposing SAP Human Capital Management Back End processes on a force.com based Front End portal. Integration between SAP HCM and force.com is done via Mulesoft Middleware.
Candidate should thus have solid experience in/understanding about custom development impact on force.com. Also the set-up of workflows should be known to the candidate. Experience with Salesforce.com Chatter set-up and any prior portal background comes as a plus.
Summarized: profile should have rather technical (architect) type of background. Only functional salesforce.com (sales/marketing/service cloud) background will probably not be sufficient
