EXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY: This is an exciting new opportunity for a Cisco Voice Engineer with extensive telephony experience for an initial 6 month contract based in Cleveland.
The Cisco Voice Engineer is a great opportunity for and experienced individual to join a successful network and telephony team supporting our Clients network and infrastructure. The Cisco Voice Engineer will involve working with and implementing Cisco IP Telephony solutions. The Cisco Voice Engineer will be working on a deployment project for Sopra Steria who are migrating our Client away from a Legacy TDM and need to maintain the existing set-up.
Cisco Voice Engineer Essential Skills:
- Cisco Unified Connect Manager/Call Manager
- Telephony
- IP Telephony (Cisco and/or Siemens)
- UCCX
- UCCX
- CUCM
- IMP
- Unity
- Voice Gateways
- Cisco Jabber
- Telepresence
- Expressway
- Willing to work in a project based environment
Senior Voice Engineer Desirable Skills:
- CCNA qualification
- Siemens Telephony experience
The successful candidate must be willing to undergo a security clearance process.
