Description:
  • Manage installation of new SAP ECC, CE, BI, CRM, EBP and MI systems on latest Netweaver stack to meet expanding business requirements.
  • This includes translating requirements to hardware requirements and developing a time-line for the installation of hardware and software, and configuring the system.
  • Provide technical and analytical guidance to department staff members and recommends and/or takes action to direct the analysis and solutions to problems.
  • Will server as a back up to support all the Production SAP systems and ensures corrective measures are implemented as needed.
  • Reviews and documents problems with external SAP support personnel.
  • Provide expertise in installing SAP Applications and fine tuning the SAP environments.
  • Provide on-call support outside normal business hours as needed.
  • Devote time and energy to build a strong team and establish effective work rapport with others.
  • Document the process and train junior team members.
  • Fully configure SAP's Access Control 10.x - Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Access Request Management (ARM), Emergency Access Management (EAM) and Business Role Management (BRM) modules
  • Complete end to end implementation of Access Risk Analysis component - Identify the critical authorizations and combinations
  • Identify risks and design SOD Matrix
  • Build and Customize rule sets to match the business needs and processes
  • Verify rules against known cases or build test cases
  • Implement alternate methods to manage SOD risks to minimize the number of mitigation controls
  • Work with the business and the SAP Functional teams in getting the periodic reports setup for the business process owners
  • Documentation for all implementation activities like Configuration, Training and any other project related tasks needs to be properly done at various phases of the implementation
  • Communicate with SAP developers, help desk support personnel to resolve system issues
SKILLS:

Skills Required:
  • 4-6 years of strong technical experience with SAP Administration in a large-sized environment. Hands on experience with Netweaver 2004S or higher with system copy, upgrade and migration experience.
  • Strong technical skills in Unix (AIX, HPUX) and Oracle.
  • Demonstrate strong SAP Basis administration and technical core tasks including SAP software installation, applying Support Packages, installation add-on software components, SAP profile parameter changes, workload analysis, system error analysis, performance tuning and establishing standard Basis background jobs and system health checks and monitoring.
  • Expertise in handling application related issues at the OS level in Unix (AIX, HPUX).
  • Expertise in SAP CRM, ECC, CE, BI, CRM, EBP, MI Installation Planning, Software Installation, Support Packs, and Upgrades on latest NW stack.
  • Experience in installing and fine tuning SAP environments such as ECC, CRM 2007, ECC, CE, BI, CRM, EBP and MI.
  • Strong understanding of CRM Middleware, TREX, IPC. Prior work experience in Wily monitoring tool.
  • Problem resolution during development, rollout and production support.
  • Utilizing Change Management, Moving objects between environments within SAP landscape for the SAP CRM system.
  • Experience supporting end-user community, working with vendors to resolve HW and SW problems. Experience supporting multiple server platforms and operating systems.
  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, and be customer focused to understand and appropriately respond to clients' business needs.
  • Demonstrate the ability to interface effectively and collaborate with clients, peers, management, and other work units.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to integrate work across relevant areas, develop the business and services to enhance customer satisfaction and productivity, manage risks appropriately, manage information, and provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
  • In-Depth understanding and implementation knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control Suite 10.x
  • Migration/upgrade experience from earlier GRC versions to GRC 10.x
  • Good understanding of SOX compliance laws, SOD conflict issues
  • Over all knowledge various Audit and Security controls
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with Internal Audit teams, functional teams, business process leads etc.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
