Operation Controller (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Support the team with monthly closing for area of responsibility
- Provide qualitative and timely reporting to business partners
- Provide qualitative and timely reporting to global operations (monthly Outlook, actuals)
- Improve quality of information currently distributed within the organization
- Support target setting, budgeting and forecasting for areas of responsibilities
- Closely monitor actual business performance (targets vs. forecast vs. actuals) of the own area of
- responsibilities
- Support business partner in analysing the results and identifying potential actions
- Support the Head of Finance Operation to prepare management reporting
Your qualifications
- Professional experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Fluency in German and English
- Good SAP knowledge
- Very good MS Office knowledge
- Business acumen, strategic thinking
- Organized, dynamic, with personal initiative
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
