Cutover Manager (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Set up a cutover strategy and approach aligned across the programme team, 3rd party vendors and BAUteams
- Create a detailed plan for cutover activities, commencing normally 6-8 weeks prior to cutover and 4-6 weeks after cutover
- Manage day by day plan activities during the cutover period
- Define and manage cutover governance structure and success criteria
- Report progress against planned cutover activities
- Report status, issues and risks to the Transition team lead
- Collaborate closely with all work streams within the programme, 3rd party vendors and BAU
- Provide input to the wider Global Programme project plan
- Support regional and local teams in understanding, preparing and carrying out local cutover activities
- Gaining a complete overview of the complex technical architecture across the global organization
- Understanding the local workflows and transaction management in order to support detailed cutover planning
- Manage the various key stakeholders through a detailed cutover process
Your qualifications
- Previous workday or cloud based systems cutover management experience
- Global programme experience
- Thinking out of the box to come up with creative and engaging solutions
- Basic project management experience (issue management, decision making, risk management, resolution management)
