Finance Director & Programme Manager

Location: East Midlands

Rate: £550 - £625 p/d

Contract Length: 6 Months

Start Date: January

Project Details: One of my NHS clients are currently looking to recruit a Finance Director who has Transformation and Change experience, working within a PMO in a large acute organisation based in the East Midlands, and is available for their next contract in January.

The successful candidate will be a highly experienced Finance Director who has also developed and incorporated transformation programmes organisation wide, focusing around CIP, QIPP and Service Redesign. The main role for the successful candidate will be to ensure the finances within the whole organisation are strictly controlled due to the current situation within the NHS. You will also be required to develop, deliver and implement CIPS across the whole organisation.

You will also be required to provide constant updates to the board in regards to the financial situation of the organisation, the current progress of the transformation programmes and also the next development stages for the organisation.

To be considered for this role you must have the following experience:
  • Experience of operating within an NHS Acute site as Director of Finance
  • Proven track record of developing and successfully implementing transformation and change programmes trust wide.
  • The ability to produce weekly reports for the board of directors and provide strong leadership within the finance department.
