Description
Summary:- Seeking a Business analyst/project manager to support requirements for and testing of the functionality of the IMSHealth RTE Nexxus solution, to identify possible gaps with company requirements.
- Deliverables include development of a timeline that includes the steps necessary to:
2) help to coordinate with the IMSHealth to stand up and test the solution in an MI11 sandbox environment
3) develop use cases and test scripts and implement a testing strategy to pressure test the solution against the requirements (using data from the Mexico affiliate).
- All deliverables must comply with SDLC standards.
Major Role Responsibilities:
- Understands and analyzes business needs and opportunities in the context of the requirements and identifies gaps between the solution and the requirements, understands implications of vendor-suggested workarounds or solutions
- Partners with key stakeholders to achieve deliverables on time and consistent with SDLC processes
- Works as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, document, communicate, and validate business needs and requirements
- Analyzes, models, optimizes, documents and implements business processes and process flows, information and information flows and business rules
- Develops, writes and communicates business requirements (including functional specifications) for use in the configuration of the end state RTE solution
- Ensures that requirements are implemented in the test environment
- Liaises with technical resources, third party suppliers and internal managers
- Promotes business change & IT risk management assuring that IT meets its business, legal and regulatory compliance obligations.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Individual must demonstrate strong business analysis, and project management skills as well as understanding of technical solutions.
- Familiarity with eMCM and Rep Triggered Email and CLM (especially IMSHealth's MI/Nexxus tools) a plus.
- Must be able to manage details and consolidate into a cohesive requirements and testing documentation.
