Financial Accountant/Analysis/Staff management/Excel
A qualified financial accountant is needed to join a non-departmental public body at its office in Leeds. The core responsibilities are to provide financial analysis to support the transformation from the existing to a new financial and organisational structure.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and analysis of financial data across the transition from old to new structure
- Develop processes to support the change and to support the BAU
- Monitoring of data quality issues
- Definition of new financial requirements
- Communicating financial processes and findings to staff across the organisation, including senior management
- Some training may be required
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Accountancy qualification
- Management Accountant/Financial Planning and Analysis experience
- Excellent Excel skills
- Experience of managing financial professionals
- Very strong communication skills
