Senior Compliance Analyst - St Pauls based - Contract role
Bank of America Merrill Lynch are currently seeking to recruit a Senior Compliance Analyst within their offices near St Pauls.
As a Senior Compliance Analyst you will be responsible for providing security registration support to LOBs and their associates. You will be responsible for managing the initial registration and maintenance process for various jurisdictions.
Responsibilities of a Senior Compliance Analyst:
*Provide advice and guidance on various registration related issues.
*Responding to inquiries from LOB partners and regulators, project management, monitoring
*Testing routines as identified in the framework
*Any additional tasks as needed
Principle accountabilities for a Senior Compliance Analyst:
*Obtaining and maintaining registrations for associates in various jurisdictions;
*Ensure timely responses to inquiries;
*Meeting team productivity standards
*Providing telephone support as needed
*Identification of and participation in process improvement and regulatory change projects
*Working with lines of business and external partners on special projects.
Skills and experience for a Senior Compliance Analyst:
*Strong Excel skills
*Previously worked within the financial or Regulatory background desirable
*Registration and experience
*Compliance background
