My Client, based in London have need of an enthusiastic team player to join their IT Service Management team on an initial 3 month contract.
You should be an advocate of excellent Service Management and you will be ServiceNow Admin Certified and ITIL experienced and you should have the experience below;
- ServiceNow
- Major Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Investigate recurring problems
- Advocate ITIL and best practice
- Strong technical skills including MS Office, Exchange 2010, Windows 7, Server Fundamentals etc
You should be available to interview and start in January, this role will be paid on a daily rate between £325 - £350 per day depending on skills and experience.
