I am working with an Acute Trust in the North East who are looking for an interim operational manager to support their Gastroenterology, Respiratory, Diabetes & Endocrinology.
With experience in Gastroenterology being of the most interest.
You will report into the Head of Service and AD Medicine and be responsible for:
- Operational Leadership for the division of Medicine
- Job planning
- Workforce accountability and redesign
- Management of Performance and targets
- Managing demand and capacity
- Budget responsibility
