Description
A Renewable Energy client is looking for a Senior Project Cost Controller to work on a 12 month freelance contract to start February 2016, hours of work will be based on an approx. 10 hrs per day, 5 days a week, some travelling should be expected. The tasks of the Senior Project Cost Controllers will include, but not be limited to, monitoring, analysis, forecast and report on project cost, including earned value management, track cost changes, integrate schedule/plan changes in cost forecasts, participate in contract administration of contractors and suppliers, participate in Cost of Schedule Risk Analysis, contribute to the continuous optimisation of cost as well as cost control procedures, ensuring that invoices are validated and signed-off in SAP on a daily basis.
Qualification of Candidate:
- The candidate will have 5 - 10 years. experience as cost controller. Experience from controlling Assets under Constructions is more important than industry experience, experience with the following systems: SAP, PIMS and Excel Super user.
