Equipment Validation Engineer

Description

An Equipment Validation Engineer is required to join a Pharmaceutical organisation based in the UK. This is a role that will require the successful Equipment Validation Engineer to provide on-going technical support to their fill finish facility, ensuring validation activities are in compliance to regulated standards.

The Role:

• To perform technical assessments and to write and execute protocols.
• To write technical specifications for components and equipment processes.
• To ensure that all documentation is prepared, authorised and completed in a timely manner.
• Comply with GMP requirements and company rules, policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with others on site and the client associated with the project.
• Generation, execution and review of all life cycle validation documentation for the qualification of processes, facilities, equipment and utilities.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge and understanding of cGMP.
• Demonstrable experience in Quality Operations/Validation of equipment, utilities and facility validation - Experience with equipment such as spray drying or powder fills is preferable.
• Engineering degree in manufacturing, process, mechanical or electrical engineering or related discipline preferred.
