Description
Nicholas Bernard seek a Deployment Engineer for a long term contract in Brno.
Perform Comverse VAS systems deployment, including installation, integration, configuration and acceptance tests
Reports on the defects found, tracks resolution of open defects, retests resolved defects
Provide the technical expertise and assistance from remote to other engineers in the team
This role requires travelling abroad, about 50% of the work should be performed on-site.
Job Requirements:
Related education: BA, Engineering, Science/technical degree.
Two years experience in large system integration - preferably in telecommunications.
Strong understanding and knowledge of Unix/Linux OS.
Signaling knowledge - An advantage.
Strong technical background in IP Networking products.
Experience with configuration and troubleshooting complex IP Infrastructures.
Ability to interface with customer and assure customer satisfaction.
Excellent command of English language.
Readiness to work in intensive, challenging & surrounding role.
Able to travel for extensive periods.
Fast and self learner.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Team player.
