Introduction:
Since its founding in 1997 ITech Consult AG has expanded its network of freelance IT continuously. Today we have access to over 30,000 reported IT specialists (developers, system specialists , project managers , supporters , etc. ) . So we are able to present computer science professionals with the required profiles in a short term.
Primary responsibilities include:
-Preparing and leading tenders, including requirements gathering, supplier selection and contract development
-Reviewing and redlining license & maintenance agreements
-Working collaboratively with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to optimize the procurement of software
-Ensuring compliance to relevant procurement policies and processes
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience procurement, with at least 3+ years in the software category
-Experience with reading/redlining software contracts
-Knowledge of common licensing models and associated contractual structures
-Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across functions and seniority
-CIPS certification, or similar, preferred
