Our client are a large local government organisation and are looking for an Internal Communications Officer to join their team. This is initially a 3 month contract however this may be extended for the right candidate. Our client is looking for someone who can play a pivotal role in the delivery of our clients Organisational Development plan, leading on developing innovative communications and engagement materials, events and processes.
The successful applicant will support the review, development and delivery of internal communications, working with directors and managers to develop and deploy an internal engagement strategy. You will produce accurate and engaging copy for a variety of internal communications including Intranet, staff newsletters and briefings.
To be considered for this role you will be an experienced internal communications professional who is preferably CIPR certified with extensive experience of internal communications and engagement best practice.
