Description

* FRONTLINE MONITORING ANALYSTS - AML - Banking - Coventry.*

£pd

6 month duration with possibility of work past that time

We are hiring for a banking client based in Coventry and there are three available roles:

- PEP focus
- HMRC focus
- Court Order focus

You will be reviewing and building our customer's profiles from diverse and complex sources to identify suspicious or criminal activity. An investigation will be required and information gathered to report any suspicious or criminal activity to all local regulators and authorities.

These are roles for AML, sanctions, court orders and transaction monitoring of personal and corporate customers.

Duties:

*Developing and delivering timely, accurate and effective MI to ensure the commitments to our Stakeholders and Management are maintained and met
*Collate and record accurate case data for Complaint Referrals to enable effective MI management.
*Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and quality focus with a right first time approach to ensure minimising rework or error, including making decisions where uncertainty exists.
*Investigating and making decisions on Alerts
*Always seeking to provide the most effective and efficient service to the customer, minimising escalation of complaints/queries any further.

Required Experience:

*Experience of providing a consistently high standard of customer service.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Have a strong understanding of investigations and decision making
*A good understanding of the Banks systems eg Customer System.
