Service Desk Technician - Ideally Fluent French

Service Desk Technician - Ideally Fluent French - Service Desk, 1st Line Support, 2nd Line Support, Support Analyst, Windows, Active Directory, Lotus Notes, ITIL, Citrix, Imaging Technologies, VPN Client.

My client are looking for an experienced Service Desk Technician to join an existing team and provide support expertise at a 1st and 2nd line level. The successful contractor will have good experience of providing support, administration, call logging and escalation to a varied technical environment. This role requires good experience of working computer hardware such as laptops, desktops and mobile devices. Previous experience of Windows desktop operating systems is also essential, along with some Active Directory administration.

This role demands good experience of ITIL Based Service Desk Incident Logging Systems. French language skills, ideally to fluent level, are highly desirable for this contract role.

Previous experience of supporting Lotus Notes , Office , Citrix, Imaging Technologies and VPN client would be advantageous for this contract opportunity. This role requires excellent communication and user facing skills. Keen attention to detail and strong documentation skills are also a prerequisite.
